It starts with a visit to the job site to assess the status of the project, followed by the development of an action plan to nail it.
Some actions potentially included in the plan:
Meetings with you and your contractor to schedule material purchases, create a calendar of pending jobs and a timeline to completion, revise budget goals, etc.
Space designs, build 2D floor plans & 3D renderings to visualize spaces
Pick architectural finishes, source materials, paint, wall paper, fixtures, accesories, lighting, etc.
Onsite visits to oversee the development of the work with you.
Applicable at $150/hr.
