• Design concept per space: mood boards, lay outs, 2D floor plans with meassures and 3D renderings.

• Fixture & material selection recommended list for you to purchase at your convenience, based on your needs, preferences, budget and availability, in line with your contractors schedueled job.

• A 1 round of revision.

Starting at $2,000 per room, extra consultations are available at $150/hr.

INSPIRE ME PACKAGE

To update your HOME DECOR STYLE with a new vibe or to stage your home if you are thinking of selling or renting it. Also, if you’ve tried to DIY but something’s off or you’d like to change the layout, give it a twist and would like to consider your options.., I can help!.

This package includes:

• Creative consultation to understand the scope of the project, assess the spaces, evaluate the pieces you have and wish to keep, inspire you with new ideas before you make choices.  

• Design concept: including mood boards, furniture arrangement layouts, 2D floor plans with meassurements and 3D renderings. 

• Suggested shopping list for you to purchase at your convenience.

• A 1 round of revisions. 

Starting at $1,500 per room, extra consultations are available at $150/hr.

LET’S NAIL IT PACKAGE

Has your ONGOING PROJECT come to a point of no progress and you need to move forward making decisions but you have neither the desire nor the time?.

This package is a bespoke service to support you in all you need to reach the finish line asap. 

It starts with a visit to the job site to assess the status of the project, followed by the development of an action plan to nail it. 

Some actions potentially included in the plan: 

• Meetings with you and your contractor to schedule material purchases, create a calendar of pending jobs and a timeline to completion, revise budget goals, etc.

• Space designs, build 2D floor plans & 3D renderings to visualize spaces  

• Pick architectural finishes, source materials, paint, wall paper, fixtures, accesories, lighting, etc. 

• Onsite visits to oversee the development of the work with you.  

Applicable at $150/hr.

CLUTTER FREE PACKAGE

HOME ORGANIZATION is the ultimate solution for cluttered houses full of things that are taking over some valuable space in kitchens, pantrys, kids rooms, walk-in closets, offices, garages.., in all spaces!. 

I can help you accomplish the task of decluttering one space at a time, following my professional advice, to enjoy a clutter-free life.

The process include:

• Initial consultation to understand your areas of concern and assess the spaces to organize and declutter. 

• A step-by-step guide, tailored to your spaces for you to DIY each space individually or hire an organizer for faster and more effective results at $150/hour.  

• A suggested shopping list of materials (boxes, dividers, containers, hangers, etc.) to purchase at your convenience in Amazon, Ikea or The Container Store to facilitate maintainance of order in the future.
